Mission Statement
Providence Home By Fir approach is a new, non-institutional model that reinvents the experience in assisted senior living. Elders will receive needed assistance and care in a smaller home model but will meet all required state and federal regulations. With an emphasis on higher direct care time, increasing engagement outside direct care, decreasing stress to elders & caregivers and providing early interventions.
